Strawberry Mascarpone Trifle

Have fun putting together this beautiful and tasty treat!


Store bought pound cake

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1/3 cup mascarpone cheese

2 cups strawberries

Fresh mint


  1. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries
  2. Puree 1/4 cup of strawberries until smooth
  3. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks
  4. Whisk in mascarpone cheese, then vanilla, then strawberry puree
  5. Assemble trifle: Cake on the bottom, strawberry cream, and sliced strawberries, repeat.
  6. Garnish with remaining strawberry slices, and fresh mint.
