DESCRIPTION
Rethink how you garden with Miracle-Gro Organic™ Raised Bed Soil. This organic raised bed soil grows bigger, more bountiful plants*! In addition, this locally crafted** soil helps plants build strong roots with a unique blend of alfalfa meal, kelp meal, earthworm castings and bone meal. The added organic fertilizer provides both immediate and long-lasting nutrition. This gardening product is also OMRI Listed for organic use. Use with seeds or starter plants, including vegetables, flowers, and herbs. To apply, fill your raised bed with soil. Plant new plants or seeds according to package directions. To finish, water plants thoroughly immediately after planting and let drain. Two 1.5 cu. ft. bags of raised bed soil cover one 2 ft. x 2 ft. garden bed with a 6-inch height, or approximately 24 sq. ft. STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill your raised bed with Miracle-Gro Organic™ Raised Bed Soil
- Plant new plants or seeds
- Water plants thoroughly after planting and let drain
- Apply mulch (optional) Refer to the chart on the label to determine how much soil you need for your project. 3 cu. ft. fills approximately one 2 ft. x 2 ft. x 6 in. raised bed (24 sq. ft.).

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Watering Tips
- Check soil for moisture levels. Let mix dry to the touch between waterings. Do not allow plants to sit in drainage water. Outdoor plants may require daily watering in hot weather.
Using with Other Products
- For best results, remember to feed your plants. Consider starting a regular feeding program with Miracle-Gro Organic™ Plant Food.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use potting soil in my raised bed?
While you can use potting mix in your raised bed, you'll have to mix it with garden soil to get the right blend for your plants. The advantage of raised bed soil is that it's already balanced and blended for what raised bed plants need. That means no mixing and no adding anything to your raised bed soil, and less work for you.
Do I need to put anything at the bottom of my raised bed?
You don't need to, but using a lining such as wire mesh or landscape fabric can help control weeds and pests. Newspaper, cardboard, or landscape fabric can help with moisture retention in the bed.

Sustainable soil fertilizer
I used Miracle-Gro Organic Raised Bed Soil to fill my new garden boxes this season, and I’m seriously impressed. The texture is light, fluffy, and easy to work with—no clumps or weird debris like you sometimes find in bulk soil. It drains well but still holds enough moisture to keep plants happy

Love that it’s organic !
I planted my entire garden this year using the organic miracle grow raised bed soil. So far my strawberries and onions are growing fantastic. I got some extra soil now to do my potatoes! Super happy with this soil.

Great for your garden
My garden is growing again! This soil contains all sorts of good things that help plants grow, and saves me the hassle of buying fertilizer and dirt separately. It’s a nice amount of soil per bag, so it’s not too heavy to carry to your garden, and spreads easily. Recommend!

Amazing growth
Miracle gro organic raised bed soil is one of the best. I never believed that miracle gro would do the trick and I was so wrong. It has changed my whole gardening experience. All my plants and veggies are so healthy and have amazing growth. Contains the best nutrients. I will be planting some more with this in my raised bed.

Game Changer Organic Soil!
This soil is a game changer! I repotted some of my plants that were not doing too good with this soil and so far they are doing so much better! I love the fact that this soil is locally crafted and that it uses up cycled green waste. It’s definitely a great choice when looking for an organic soil choice.
