OVERVIEW
Set your plants up for success with Miracle-Gro Organic™ Planting Tablets. Great for outdoor plants including flowers and vegetables, these planting tablets are specially formulated with calcium and help to jump start root growth in the first 30 days after transplanting to a new container or an in-ground garden. In addition, each tablet provides 100% natural plant nutrition to your starter plants and transplants. This gardening product is OMRI Listed for organic use. These plant fertilizer tablets help whenever you're moving plants to their permanent home, whether your in-ground garden or a new container. To apply, begin by digging a hole that's slightly bigger than your plant's root ball. Drop the recommended number of tablets in the hole (refer to the table on the packaging) and cover it with a thin layer of soil. After planting, water carefully to moisten the soil around the plant. For best results, begin feeding your plants with Miracle-Gro Organic™ Plant Food after 30 days. This package includes 20 Miracle-Gro Organic™ Planting Tablets for Successful Organic Gardening Made Attainable™.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Dig a hole slightly larger than the root ball of the plant
- Drop planting tablet in bottom of the hole and cover with a thin layer of soil
- Set the plant into the hole and gently pack soil around the roots
- Water carefully to moisten the soil around the plant Use the chart on the label to determine the number of planting tablets needed for your project. For each plant with a 4-inch root ball diameter, apply 1 tablet.

What are plant tablets?
Plant tablets are an easy way to provide plants with nutrition. Our organic planting tablets are designed specifically for plants being transplanted in-ground or to new containers.
How do you transplant plants?
Before planting: If you're starting from seeds, refer to the seed package for how long to grow indoors before transplanting. Typically, you want to wait until your plant starts growing leaves before transplanting (this can be a few weeks). Whether you're growing from seeds or you purchased starter plants, read the instructions or plant tag to determine your plant's water, sun and shade needs, as well as the best season for planting. Planting: When the time is right, find an appropriate spot in your garden and start by digging a hole larger than your plant's root ball. Place Miracle-Gro Organic™ Planting Tablets inside and cover with a thin layer of soil. Now you can place the plant, cover the roots with more soil, and water the plant. After planting: Remember to water your plant regularly per the plant's instructions, and consider a starting a feeding program with Miracle-Gro Organic™ Plant Food after 30 days. Watch out for pests; you can apply organic pest control or use companion plants to help keep pests away. Please note that a variety of factors can impact plant performance and health, and not all transplants are successful.
How long does it take plants to establish?
This can vary depending on the type of plant. When a plant shows new growth above ground, they are considered established. Annual plants may take just a few weeks to establish, but most perennial plants and shrubs take a year or more. Trees can take three to five years to fully establish.

Great for your garden!
We started our garden mid March and used these planting tablets and our plants are growing way faster than last year and look healthier and some are already sprouting! The packaging is easy to understand and there was not really a smell. This is a great product for sustainability. Would definitely recommend!

These Miracle-Gro Organic Planting Tablets have totally simplified my gardening game! Each tablet is pre-measured, so there’s no guessing, no mess, and no worrying about over- or under-feeding my plants.

Easy plant fertilizer!
This is the first year I’ve tried this product, but so far so good! I used one tablet under each tomato plant I planted to help fertilize them within the first few weeks. This is a cost effective and easy way to provide fertilizer to each plant without having to do any extra work once the plant is planted. The product is in a resealable package, perfect to store if you don’t use them all in one go. This product has no scent which is nice compared to badly scented fertilizer. My plants are still beginning to grow, but this seems to help them along nicely!

Seems to be working well so far!
Replanting a baby plant is always hard and most of mine die. This was super useful because it takes out all the other stressors. When it said guaranteed success, it really meant that. Plants are thriving and holding up well. Can’t wait to see if this is short term or not.

I absolutely love that these are organic!! And are perfect for my plants that it is a little rougher on transplanting. So these are gonna be perfect for my cabbage, petunias, and tomatoes.

Good product, and helped my plant
I used this planting tablet for transplant recently, and have seen a good positive difference in my plant. I think for 20 tablets in a bag is a good value. There is no scent, and the resealable bag is nice for storage. I’m happy with the results so far, but it’s hard to see the long term benefit on my plant after only a week or so. The instructions were incredibly easy to follow, and I look forward to using this product for my outdoor plant!

Great plant food
Love that these little packs are super easy to use. I just pop them into the plant pot and water as usual. My plant was initially dry and the leaves turning yellow but now they are well hydrated and the leaves are getting bigger.

I'm so excited to have these planting tablets for transplants and starter plants! I love gardening and this will help me get a jump start on cuttings and hanging baskets I plan on getting started. Miracle Gro has always been part of our gardening supply and must haves for beautiful, healthy plants that make me the envy of all the neighbors and I can't wait to see how well these work. Easy to use. Just dig a hole, drop a tablet in, cover with dirt and set your plant over the top. Pack soil around the roots and water. Sit back and watch the magic begin! Love it!
