Description
Grow and feed your favorite succulents with Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Mix. This succulent and cactus soil mix is enriched with Miracle-Gro® Plant Food and features a fast-draining formula. Get beautiful, colorful results with this mixture of forest products, sphagnum peat moss, sand, and perlite. To use, start with a pot with a drain hole and fill 1/3 full with soil. Place the root ball of your plant in the soil and add more mix. Press lightly; water the plant and let drain. Let the soil dry to the touch between waterings. Do not allow plants to sit in drainage water. Repotting citrus annually to the next larger size container will encourage fruiting. We recommend wearing gardening gloves and washing hands after using this and other garden products. One 8 qt. bag of Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Soil fills two 8-inch containers (amounts may vary based on the size of the root ball).
Step by Step Instructions
1. Select a pot with a drain hole.
2. Fill pot about 1/3 full
3. Loosen root ball, place plant in pot
4. Add more mix; press lightly.
5. Water; let drain.
For spectacular results, start a regular feeding program 30 days after planting with Miracle-Gro® Succulent Plant
Food.

I'm going to be honest I didn't realize I needed specific soil for certain ones of my plants. This product seems to be working well for my potted plants. The water is draining better than other soil I've used. I would purchase again

Great for cactus
I have an aloe plant, Christmas cactus, and Easter cactus. I have used the soil for all three and they are doing really well. It’s a very airy soil so that if you are prone to overwatering like me you won’t kill your cactus.

Healthy plants
I received a free sample of the Miracle-Gro Cactus mix for my honest opinion. This works fantastically well for succulents. They seem to be happy and healthy. The dirt is ground fine, with no giant pices of dirt or wood bits. It has a nice earthy scent. This will be my go-to soil for my future plants.

This potting mix can be used for succulents. I used it for my snake plant and snake plant is doing just fine! It has fast draining formula. Will definitely purchase!

The soil is making my plants flourish.
This potting soil is really making my plants flourish. It smells like soil, so not that great of a smell but that’s my opinion. It drains well and my plants seem to love it.

Perfect Blend for my Desert Darlings!
I couldn't be happier with this potting mix! From the moment I opened the bag, I could tell this was a quality blend. The texture is just right - well-draining yet moisture-retentive enough to keep my succulents and citrus trees thriving without worry of root rot.
There's fantastic drainage thanks to the sand and perlite mix which means no soggy soil nightmares. The no-fuss feeding is awesome because the built-in nutrients mean I don't need to fertilize for a while. And my plants took off within weeks of repotting. I've used this mix for everything from succulents to a mature lemon tree and each one has responded beautifully.
If you want your desert and tropical plants to feel right at home this mix delivers lush results every time. I highly recommend! This one's a keeper in my gardening arsenal.

It’s cheaper than some soils. Smells like dirt. Packaging could be better. Like sealed… effective I think. I use this soil for my cacti and succulents.
