Good starter soil
This is a quality soil for starting seedlings. High nutrient content with Miracle-Gro already in the mix. Takes a little time to get it to absorb the water but just be patient and add water slowly and everything will be fine.

Miracle seed starter dirt
I recieved this miracle grow seed starter dirt to try and review. The dirt is light weight with a nice amount of fertilizer in it. It makes it easy for the seeds to start and root to grow. The bag i got is a good amount to start alot of seeds. Good product that i will keep buying.

Very light & fluffy. Don't use where it's windy.
It's too soon to know how well my seedlings will do in this soil mix, but if they die, that's on me, not the soil because it's good stuff. The texture is fine and lightweight. Because of this it will blow away easily until you get it wet the first time. Once it's in a container and has been watered it should stay put.

Nice consistency
I needed to repot my Christmas cactus became it wasnt blooming anymore.
I was happy with the consistency of the mix. Very easy to work with.
Im hopeful this Thanksgiving i will have some blooms!

Highly Recommend for Home Gardening
Very fine, light & airy potting mix perfect for starting seeds in. Retains water while still providing good drainage. I am in the process of replanting my house plants into larger pots. The soil I typically use seems to lack nutrients. This product gives your plants a mineral infusion, per say. Miracle-Gro is a brand you can trust.

Scott's seed starting potting mix started my seeds fast. The seeds not only started fast. They also grew fast and tall. The plants were healthy and ready to be planted outside in no time. I will use scott's Miracle-Gro seed starting mix for now on. Since the results have been so good.

Lightweight seed starter
Light rich soil, I used the soil to stop some seeds for tomatoes and some cilantro. It’s lightweight and is enriched with miracle gro Plant food. I use miracle grow plant food on all of my plants and get great results. I’m looking forward to seeing how these seats grow in this parking soil.

Great for cuttings!
This appears to be a nice light loomy soil perfect for seedlings and cuttings. I have not used for seedlings yet, but I have for cuttings that i rooted in water and they are growing niceley. Overall I am happy with this product.

Great quality
I was really happy with this seed starter potting soil! I actually had some marigold seeds I wanted to start so it was perfect! The soil is high quality and worked great. I also planted some seeds in our regular soil and they are not sprouting as fast or as well as the ones I put in the potting soil. Will definitely be using this from now on!

Works so well
we use this soil to plant our siblings and our bulbs and they grew beautifully with a little bit of water every day, We have them out on our front porch and now they are ready need to be replanted into the ground. They grew so quickly and so bright and beautiful. Definitely a product worth using

Great starting mix.
Holds moisture well and reduces time on maintaining the new seeds. The best soil for germination is sterile with few nutrients so the fickle new roots do not burn. You need transplant a seedling into soil. There aren’t enough nutrients in seed starting mix to sustain a pepper seed plant.

Seed/root starter soil
This product is simple to use and very effective. So far I have rooted a goldfish plant, Easter cactus and a Christmas cactus. They are all firmly rooted and thriving after only two weeks. Highly recommend this product especially for beginners.

I’ve been using Miracle-Gro Seed Starting Potting Mix for a couple of seasons now, and it’s become a staple in my gardening routine. Whether I’m starting herbs, vegetables, or flowers, this mix consistently gives me strong, healthy sprouts. The texture is light and fluffy, which helps with good drainage and root development, and I’ve noticed faster germination compared to other brands I’ve tried.
What I especially love is that it already contains nutrients to support the first few weeks of growth—so I don’t have to worry about feeding the seedlings right away. My tomato and pepper seedlings, in particular, looked noticeably greener and more vigorous this year.

Great for starting seeds
Miracle-Gro’s Seed Starting Potting Mix is specially designed for container use, and it really shows. It retains moisture beautifully, which is exactly what young roots need to thrive. I’ve had great success with germination and early growth using this mix.
That said, it’s important to know what this product is and what it isn’t. This is not your average garden soil. It’s designed for seed starting and propagation, not for in-ground planting or long-term potting. Using it outside of its intended purpose will likely lead to poor results, like waterlogged roots or stunted growth. Trust me, I learned that the hard way.
Stick to using it in pots or trays for seedlings, and you’ll be rewarded with a strong start to your growing season. Just remember: right mix, right job.

Nice soil
This is a nice potting soil. It’s is very finely granulated and rich. It doesn’t come in a super large bag, but is enough for several small pots or 1 pretty big container. I haven’t had any pest problems with this soil and it is going my plants great.

Potting Mix
I can finally plant my philodendron. This came in right in time. I planted some of my herbs and plant in it. So far they are blooming/growing nicely. Especially my philodendron started it from a seed. This mix naturally feeds your plant and seedlings. It contains, sphagum,perlite, and peat moss for excellent water retention, drainage, and aeration to help root growth.
