Description
Grow and feed your favorite succulents with Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Mix. This succulent and cactus soil mix is enriched with Miracle-Gro® Plant Food and features a fast-draining formula. Get beautiful, colorful results with this mixture of forest products, sphagnum peat moss, sand, and perlite. To use, start with a pot with a drain hole and fill 1/3 full with soil. Place the root ball of your plant in the soil and add more mix. Press lightly; water the plant and let drain. Let the soil dry to the touch between waterings. Do not allow plants to sit in drainage water. Repotting citrus annually to the next larger size container will encourage fruiting. We recommend wearing gardening gloves and washing hands after using this and other garden products. One 8 qt. bag of Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Soil fills two 8-inch containers (amounts may vary based on the size of the root ball).
Step by Step Instructions
1. Select a pot with a drain hole.
2. Fill pot about 1/3 full
3. Loosen root ball, place plant in pot
4. Add more mix; press lightly.
5. Water; let drain.
For spectacular results, start a regular feeding program 30 days after planting with Miracle-Gro® Succulent Plant
Food.

I love the smell of some good fresh dirt. It’s right for my budget. The bag is easy to open. Not only does the dirt smell wonderful it feels good to. The dirt makes growing food effortlessly.

Great soil for cactus plants
This potting soil did great for my cactus. It provides great airflow and allows the roots to drain extra water and not stay soaking wet. I loved the texture and how light the soil was too

Perfect for desert plants

A Strong Part of A Well-Established Brand
I regularly use the MiracleGro indoor soil for my plants, but this was my first time using the cactus variety! I used this for our many small cacti and succulents throughout the house when we were changing soils/repotting at the start of spring, and so far it's held up very well! My family and I were traveling out of the country for a couple weeks recently, and when we came back the plants were still vibrant with life. It helps that cacti and succulents are very low maintenance as well. I definitely recommend this variety along with the other MiracleGro products!

Great soil
This is a nice potting soil. My cactus has been doing well for the last couple of weeks. The potting soil is like what you would imagine of a potting soil. I would recommend this.

Good Soil Mix
The Miracle-Gro Cactus, Palm, & Citrus Potting Mix is a light soil mix. I like the way the plants have responded with no issues after repotting. This is a good potting soil mix so far.

Good soil
This cactus potting mix allows for the water to drain, but there's a slight pool of water collected at the surface right after watering (you can see the amount of water you just poured). Maybe more perlite would help with faster drainage? Either way, my cactus babies are not only surviving, but are happy and healthy!
