Description
Grow and feed your favorite succulents with Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Mix. This succulent and cactus soil mix is enriched with Miracle-Gro® Plant Food and features a fast-draining formula. Get beautiful, colorful results with this mixture of forest products, sphagnum peat moss, sand, and perlite. To use, start with a pot with a drain hole and fill 1/3 full with soil. Place the root ball of your plant in the soil and add more mix. Press lightly; water the plant and let drain. Let the soil dry to the touch between waterings. Do not allow plants to sit in drainage water. Repotting citrus annually to the next larger size container will encourage fruiting. We recommend wearing gardening gloves and washing hands after using this and other garden products. One 8 qt. bag of Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Soil fills two 8-inch containers (amounts may vary based on the size of the root ball).
Step by Step Instructions
1. Select a pot with a drain hole.
2. Fill pot about 1/3 full
3. Loosen root ball, place plant in pot
4. Add more mix; press lightly.
5. Water; let drain.
For spectacular results, start a regular feeding program 30 days after planting with Miracle-Gro® Succulent Plant

Happy plants
This soil makes my plants so happy! It drains well to prevent root rot. This is my usual go to soil for my house plants. It does a great job of keeping the plants healthy.

Lemon Tree is Thriving
I replanted my lemon tree with the Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Mix approximately six weeks ago. In that span of time, my little tree has gone through a tremendous growth spurt! I really enjoy that this soil has not gotten rock hard after watering like many others I have used in the past. I will say, I had to add additional soil after my first watering as it did compress down, but this wasn’t a big deal to me. Originally, the scent was a little strong and unpleasant, but after a week there was no more odor. This was important to me as I keep my lemon tree indoors next to my dining table. Overall, I am very happy and definitely recommend and continue using this product in the future.

Great buy
I am very happy with this miracle gro potting mix. My succulents are thriving in this mix. The fast draining formula is very effective. I’ve never had much luck with succulents but this has really helped me out.

Perfect Soil for Healthy, Vibrant Plants

I love the smell of some good fresh dirt. It’s right for my budget. The bag is easy to open. Not only does the dirt smell wonderful it feels good to. The dirt makes growing food effortlessly.

Great for succulents
I received this cactus, palm, and citrus potting mix as part of an incentivized campaign. I have been using it for over two weeks now, and ready to give my honest review. My succulents are thriving and looking healthy. It claims to be enriched with miracle grow plant food, and it is a fast draining formula. The bag explains that the 8 quart bag will fill 2 to 8 inch containers, but ultimately amounts vary depending on size of root ball. The bag also states that it’s a mixture of forest products, sphagnum, Peatmoss, sand, and perlite thus making it perfect for cactus palm, citrus, and other succulents. I’ve used the miracle grow line before and all around have not had a disappointment with this brand. I would definitely recommend this specific one as well if you have any cactus palm or citrus. As you can see, I used it for my snake plant and aloe. They’re looking very healthy and full of green tones.
