Description
Grow and feed your favorite succulents with Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Mix. This succulent and cactus soil mix is enriched with Miracle-Gro® Plant Food and features a fast-draining formula. Get beautiful, colorful results with this mixture of forest products, sphagnum peat moss, sand, and perlite. To use, start with a pot with a drain hole and fill 1/3 full with soil. Place the root ball of your plant in the soil and add more mix. Press lightly; water the plant and let drain. Let the soil dry to the touch between waterings. Do not allow plants to sit in drainage water. Repotting citrus annually to the next larger size container will encourage fruiting. We recommend wearing gardening gloves and washing hands after using this and other garden products. One 8 qt. bag of Miracle-Gro® Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Soil fills two 8-inch containers (amounts may vary based on the size of the root ball).
Step by Step Instructions
1. Select a pot with a drain hole.
2. Fill pot about 1/3 full
3. Loosen root ball, place plant in pot
4. Add more mix; press lightly.
5. Water; let drain.
For spectacular results, start a regular feeding program 30 days after planting with Miracle-Gro® Succulent Plant
Food.

Awesome soil blend!!!
I used Miracle-Gro Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Soil for my potted lemon tree, and the results have been amazing! The soil has just the right blend for citrus—well-draining but still holds enough moisture to keep the roots happy. Within weeks, I noticed stronger growth and healthier leaves.
It’s light, airy, and doesn’t compact like some other mixes I’ve tried. My lemon tree is thriving, and I’ll definitely be sticking with this mix for all my citrus and succulent plants going forward. Highly recommend if you want to give your citrus trees a solid foundation to flourish!

I received Miracle-Gro Cactus, Palm & Citrus Potting Mix to try, and honestly, I liked it a lot. It has a loose and light texture that helps water drain quickly, just what my succulents and cacti need.

Made my violets bloom
This potting medium is made for cactus and succulents. It drains better than regular soil to prevent root rot. I decided to try this for my African violets that never bloom and Surprise! They bloomed a couple of weeks after repotting with this soil. The vitamins must have been depleted and that’s why it wasn’t blooming. My plant is definitely happy to have miracle grow!
